Our products are based on research carried out at Chalmers University of Technology.

At present, approx. 25% of all food is thrown away due to different kinds of mould contamination. This is an enormous amount.

In Sweden alone, 80,000 tons of bread are thrown away as a result of mould contamination throughout the value chain - huge amounts if you count the entire world.

Our technology helps reduce harmful mould spores in foodstuffs, thereby increasing shelf life and quality while reducing transportation, waste and costs.

In other words, this means a win-win situation for both consumers and producers, while also helping to make the world a better place!
